• WHY INCLUDE YOUR WEDDING LOCATION It’s the place you tied the knot, an unforgettable part of your day. That’s why it features on every poster. Prefer to leave it off? Simply enter “N/A” in the location field.
• WHAT IS THE ETERNAL ID It’s your personalised serial number, hand-punched into a metal plate on the leather border of your poster. Think of it as a secret code that celebrates your love story. It could be the date you met, a special place, where your first date was, an inside joke or story, a meaningful word, or a mix of these. Get creative and have fun with it!
• WHY INCLUDE YOUR BRIDAL PARTY NAMES It’s not common—so that’s your first reason (it’s different!). But more than that, these are the people you chose to stand by your side. They’ve helped plan, kept your secrets, fixed problems, and some will even co-sign your marriage certificate. Including their names is a thoughtful way to honour them on your forever keepsake.
  Use first names, or nicknames if that’s what everyone knows them by, to keep it personal. You can include your bridal party, MC, flower girl, page boy, celebrant, DJ…and of course, your fur baby!
• OUR PROMISE We’re committed to giving you the best ordering experience possible. Each poster is carefully displayed in all available design layouts, showing the different ways your information can appear. Because of this, and the detailed mock-ups you receive, most customers find revisions are rarely needed.

Materials and Care

Each FOREVER ART poster is handmade with care—no factory production here! Every detail is crafted to reflect the significance of your wedding day.

• FRAME Premium pine—lightweight yet strong.
• VINYL Textured, premium-quality print that’s made to be touched and built to last.
• VINTAGE LEATHER Elegant, timeless, and sophisticated. The leather border elevates your welcome sign and keepsake, creating a grand entrance and matching any home décor.
• ETERNAL ID A polished metal plate, hand-punched with your personalised serial number.
• CLEANING Use a non-abrasive, damp cloth only.
• CARE For indoor use only (after your wedding). Avoid direct sunlight and never use abrasives or chemicals on any part of the poster.

Assembly and Mounting

No assembly needed, your poster arrives ready to go!
It includes a built-in hook on the back for attaching to your easel (just in case the wind picks up – stylist tip!).

For your home, we include 3M picture hanging strips for quick, easy, damage-free mounting, with full instructions. They’re removable and easily replaced from any hardware store.

If your wall is porous (like brick), we’ve got you covered, each poster also comes with a picture hanging wire.

Shipping and Returns

• AUSTRALIA ONLY We currently ship within Australia only.
• DISPATCH Orders are typically dispatched within 3 weeks, depending on proof approval and order volume.
  Delivery time is additional and varies by location.
• SHIPPING Standard shipping Australia-wide is included (usually 3–7 business days once collected by Australia Post).
• Need it faster? Choose Express Post at checkout (typically 1–2 business days). All shipping timeframes are estimates, check Australia Post’s website for delivery from Brisbane to your area.
  Please note: Forever Art is not responsible for postal delays, lost items, or damage during transit.
• TRACKING You’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order is dispatched.
• RETURNS As each sign is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed.

Ordering – What Happens Next?

• ORDER EARLY We recommend ordering at least 4–5 weeks before your event to avoid last-minute stress.
• DESIGN PROOF You’ll receive your digital proof and mock-up (on an easel and in a home setting) within 1–3 business days of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• REVISIONS If needed, revisions will be sent within 1–3 business days of receiving your feedback (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• PRODUCTION Takes 4–6 business days after final approval (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• SHIPPING Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
• TOTAL TURNAROUND Approximately 9–15 business days from order to delivery.

Proofing and Personalisation Policy

PROOFING PROCESS

• Every poster is personalised and requires your approval before printing.
• You’ll receive digital PDF & JPEG proofs via email within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after placing your order.
• Proofs must be approved via the provided proofing form before we proceed to print.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• 2 rounds of proofs are included with your purchase:
  • Round 1: Based on the wording you submitted.
  • Round 2: For any minor revisions you request.
• Additional proof rounds are $60 each.

TURNAROUND TIMES

• Revisions (if requested) are sent within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your feedback.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• No printing will occur without your written proof approval.
• Proofs are view-only PDFs & JPEG, formatted for screen. Printing will distort layout and size.
• For best accuracy, view your proof on a desktop or laptop, not a mobile device.
• Check your email regularly during the proofing stage to avoid delays.

APROVAL & RESPONCIBILITY

• By approving your proof, you confirm that all content is correct.
• We are not responsible for errors (e.g. typos, misspellings, formatting) discovered after approval.
• Reprints due to approved errors are at the customer’s expense.

PERSONALISATION GUIDELINES

• You may customize:

FONTS & DESIGN CHANGES

• Fonts are professionally selected for visual balance and readability.
• Font changes are not available. However:
  • You may use one of your proofing rounds to switch to a different design from our shop.
  • Design switches count as one full proof round.
  • Further changes are charged at $60 per round.
